Pastor Matt Eide was born in Marshall, MN to a Presbyterian minister, who raised him in the Reformed and Presbyterian faith. He attended Dordt College in Sioux Center, IA; earning a B.A. in Theology and Philosophy.
During college he married his best friend, Sara (Bunger), a mere fifteen years after they first met. The Lord has graced Matt and Sara with three children.
Matt graduated with a Master's of Divinity from Whitefield Theological Seminary (Lakeland, FL) and was ordained to the gospel ministry in 2013. He served as an assistant pastor in Mobile, AL before accepting the call to pastor Covenant Reformed Presbyterian in Pueblo West, CO in 2015. If he could settle on just one thing and focus on it, he'd be a better photographer, chess player, or mountain biker.
Bob Mayes is a native of Pueblo and is married to Sarah. They have two boys, Luke and Jake. Bob and Sarah were both brought up in Christian homes and met very providentially in college at CSU-Pueblo. Bob came to Christ at an early age and sensed God's call on his life in high school. Following college, Bob began his studies at Knox Theological Seminary which was later to be called New Geneva Theological Seminary in Colorado Springs, CO. While at seminary Bob was greatly affected by Reformed and Covenental Theology which transformed him theologically -along with his family. Bob received his Masters of Arts in Christian Ministries (MACM) from New Geneva Theological Seminary in Colorado Springs in 2012 and continues to work towards the completion of a Master's of Divinity. Bob has been honored to serve as a ruling elder at CRPCA since April 2012.
